| 童軍運動旨在促進青少年身心精神之陶治與啟發，使能成為良好公民，有助於社會． | of the Association is to encourage the physical, mental, social and spiritual development of young people so that they may take a constructive place in society. |

| 在成年人領導下，以誓詞與規律為本，給與歡愉而富吸引之有進度性訓練，以達成本會目的． | of achieving the aim of the Association is by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training, based on the promises and laws and guided by adult leadership. |
| 童軍誓詞 | THE SCOUT PROMISE |
| 我願以信譽為誓，竭盡所能，對神明，對國家，盡責任．對別人，要幫助．對規律，必遵行． | "On my honour I promise that I will do my best To do my duty to God and to the Country To help other people And to keep the Scout Law" |
| 童軍規律 | THE SCOUT LAW |
| （一）童軍信用為人敬． （二）童軍待人要忠誠． （三）童軍友善兼親切． （四）童軍相處如手足． （五）童軍勇敢不怕難． （六）童軍愛物更惜陰． （七）童軍自重更重人． |
A Scout is to be trusted. A Scout is loyal. A Scout is friendly and considerate. A Scout is brother to all Scouts. A Scout has courage in all difficulties. A Scout makes good use of his time and is careful of possessions and property. A Scout has respect for himself and for others. |

| 幼童軍，盡所能，先顧別人才顧己，日行一善富精神． | A Cub Scout always does his best, thinks of others before himself and does a good turn every day. |

| 我願參加小童軍，愛神愛人愛香港． | I promise to be a Grasshopper Scout to love God, to love people and to love Hong Kong. |
